This is a question about GOG Downloader with NOD32 AV.

BEFORE I used NOD32, I had no problem running GOG Downloader.

Now it will not work at all. Even tried uninstall/reinstall of GOG Downloader.

Note that GOG Downloader runs OK where I work (use Symantec AV Corporate).

Look at NOD32's Protocol filtering but GOG Downloader is NOT listed.

    Any ideas o_O

BY-THE-WAY: I have to complain to ESET about not having an [Add] button in Protocol filtering to manually add an application :argh:

could be a similar issue like this
    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=1744757&postcount=8
that if the application attempts a https connection. in the same message it is mentioned that Eset is planning to take care of your complaint, when however it is not mentioned

see if turning of NOD's https scanning gets the downloader to connect

else it might be helpful to know what is 'not working at all' - not executing, not connecting to the inet, not downloading?
