    Will not initialize says admin rights required.

    I would try to:
    - first disable User Account Control
    - second right-click on the Internet Explorer icon in the Start Menu and select "Run as administrator" from the popup context menu.

    I ran it last evening. It took an hour to scan, and found nothing. However, it is good to have such a fine AV to scan with periodically. Thanks ESET.
