Got ATIH reloaded, now got Failed to Read Data error ???

    Got ATIH-10 reloaded per Acronis support info (please see attached email text and discussion at...

    ...but still no info on why ATIH stopped and needed to be reloaded (will also ask that question of Acronis support).

    Now, after reloaded, when try to run scheduled incremental backup (full backup seemed to go fine), get 'failed to read data' error (please see attached image/s and log text).

    Ideas ?
