    Private as always:

    "To pre-register, residents needed to be willing to pony up $10. They also needed a credit or debit card, a Google Wallet account, and a Gmail account,..."

    I wonder how many of us would sign up for this. Some people don't even want to use Chrome no matter how it's configured. Imagine the tracking Google could do as your ISP.

    You get speeds of 100 Mb/s up and down. I'd sign up for it.

    And if you don't think ALL ISP's are snooping, you're crazy.
