    They should have waited for a search warrant but it's not like they wouldn't just pull out the patriot act.

    Wtf... I thought Google was part of that agreement where they weren't allowed to hand over data without a warrant..?

    They pulled out some secret court order.

    I mean, they could challenge it and lose like they occasionally try to do... but in the end the results are the same.
