Gif Resize

i have a gif image that is 120x120 64kb

does anyone knows any program that allow me to resize this gif to 80x80 20kb

If its animated, I can only think of decompiling the gif and resizing all the frames.

For resizing pictures I use Shrink It!

 

If the gif isn't animated I would assume almost any photo editor would work. If it is an animated gif you might try this free online gif manipulation tool... http://www.gifworks.com/image_editor.html

i could only resize to 35kb and i need get it down to 2okb

 

Maybe the animation has to many frames.
