Here's a useful article that will leave you wise yet frustrated. It's a guide explaining the major cons of using Xen in the paravirtualized mode, including a need for special kernel and initrd images, para-domU support by guest operating systems, paravirtualized networking interfaces and bridging, how to boot from CD and ISO images, why you should not use paravirtualization, and more. Enjoy. Or rather, not.
