Get error"Error downloading file from update server"

I just updated my Nod32 to version 3.0 by
installing over my 2.7 installation. When I try to update
the virus database, I get an "Error downloading file from
update server" message

 

who can help me?

 

You should have uninstalled 2.7 then install 3.0. Truthfully keep 2.7 since 3.0 has alot of bugs. Use Revo Uninstaller to clean out all remaining files.

 

try to fully uninstalled and reinstalled already, but the same problem.....can not update....I use the username and password as well as v2.7

 

When I try to update the virus database, it will attempt to download a few
files, the first one is 2kb, the second one is 500+kb, the third one is
200+kb and the last one is where it fails. I have tried clearing the update
cache as well but it still fails.
