You can set GesWall to not notify off attacks and auto kill the program. When configured right GeSWall is even quiter than DefenseWall o_O o_O o_O Yes no pop-ups and full protection without loss of functionality.

GesWall is cool. I hope it will not die. It never pop ups and i never worry about any site to be dangerous.

I too hope it doesn't die. I think it works great and there is potential for alot more functionality. The developers are so quiet though even regarding help tickets. What's up with that. Do the developers ever post here?

If your board name indicates you are using Vista 64 that would be why. GesWall won't run on 64 bit.

I made this comment a month ago and now I'm back with Geswall. Go figure!

Even though I'm 100% satisfied with sandboxie, a part of me wants to try out Geswall :argh:

Both are amazing programs. You can't go wrong with either.

Funny you mentioned this. I have tried so many combos of security software and the one I have not tried is GesWall + DriveSentry. I wonder if anyone has used this combo.

I'm sure any security app can be broken but a bit of common sense needs to be in place when using a computer.
