    jeez the guys over at gentlesecurity are monsters! :) IMHO these features finally make geswall as close as you can get to a "perfect" security app. i wonder if these features work in both the freeware and payware version of geswall. any idea aigle?

    Hi zopzop, not sure at all ATM. I have yet to install it. I will see what features are disabled before registering it.

    @MaB69

    i think it's private. i dont' see a download link but it is mentioned on the gentlesecurity blog.

    @Thankful

    yeah you gotta be careful with that :) that's why as soon as i install geswall on a friends pc, i always make sure they have a standalone "zip" program on their machine (winrar, izarc, winzip, etc...).

    Hi zopzop,

    I already tested all 2.5 and 2.6 beta versions, a simple mail to Brian requesting to beta test their product is enough and of course given them some feedback is welcome

    @aigle : Many thanks, will try it later and give my own review of this great product

    Regards,

    MaB

    Yes it sure is but still needs a lot of work to do, some bugs to fix, many features to add, etc etc.

    It was on the to-do list but I don,t expect that it is added in this beta but I am not sure.

    I just picked up the beta. Any advice on how to avoid problems with Windows Explorer? The last time I ran GesWall (2.6 Beta), I got hung up and had to reinstall Windows. Hopefully that problem was fixed and won't reappear
    Windows XP Home/ SP2

    Thanks.

    There was a problem of occasional explorer.exe isolation that was fixed in previous version.
    Not sure what happened on ur system. U need to be careful.
