Genocide virus on Laptop

    Hi people -

    My sister works will a lady who has a laptop running XP. Okay, well, i used to run. She said she opened an e-mail attachment (...i know, i know) and "a bomb went off, and the computer shut down..." Then i get this message on my machine asking what to do...

    Well, while I am thinking, does anyone already know?
