After all I went through last year, I just thought I might try one last time to resolve my licenses issues. I emailed support and within 2 hours got a very nice response from a actual employee instead of the canned email from support. I was shocked as he took the time to listen to my story and is working to resolve it. He even emailed me back twice to keep me informed. If this is their way of improving their support for customers, I am extremely impressed. Hopefully will be resolved tommorow, and I hope so because it is a great product. It is nice to see vendors step up and address weak areas that need improvement.
