    Another door for hackers to gain system privileges on people's machines. It will probably be also hard to get rid of it. It's like Internet Explorer security problems all over again...

    Why the **** are they doing this? Why do they want to operate at Kernel level? So that they could rape users at will?

    Yes dumb idea, I don't see why they need to do this, sounds a bit shady. Only apps related to security, system configuration and monitoring should be allowed to install kernel mode drivers.
