I unplugged an image, and got the next error in the event viewer: Event ID: 57 Source: Ftdisk In order to repair the disk error I ran chkdsk /f, and got the next message: "replacing invalid security id with default security id for file" exactly 128.000 times! This resulted in a complete reset of permissions on the drive! I red in this forum that the 57 event id is a bogus message, but if it is a bogus message why does chkdisk result in disaster? I got true image server for windows 8.0 build 859, on windows server 2003 webserver edition. Hope you can help!
