Great find!

I use XP ICF exclusively; this program will provide some added functionality to it.

 

I gave this a quick try. It does not seem to do much. It definitely will not ask you "can xyz.exe access the internet?".

 

Is there a way to test this vulnerability. I have yet to witness the phenomena personally.
