Free Upgrade for new TI9 Buyers?

    I recently sent an email to support about upgrading TI9 to 10 for free, this was 7 days ago. 5 days ago they emailed me a response about sending me a letter 'shortly'. Never received it since. Is there a phone number that i can call for support? i can only find phone numbers for corporate...

    I wrote to request an upgrade. I purchased TI 9 on Sept. 8.

    I received a prompt reply explaining that TI 10 was released on Oct. 18, so I missed the 30-day cut off for an upgrade. Missed it by 10 days. Version 9 seems like it could still use a patch or two, but judging by what folks are saying here it doesn't seem to be in the offing.
