    If you ever do PC presentations, Mark Russinovich (now from Microsoft) has a free tool he has been developing/using for some time called ZoomIt. It allows you to zoom in/out on the screen, draw with multiple colors, and type messages on the screen. It even has a built-in break timer. Check it out! :)
