If you receive email that appears to be from Fred Langa that has an attachment and the email says to open the attachment DON'T, it is a virus that is spoofing Fred Langa's good name. Fred Langa is warning his readers about this so you may be receiving some legitimate email from Fred that will NOT have an attachment.

There were several of these over the last couple of days apparently. None of the infected messages made it into any of my boxes, and the first I heard about it was a warning from MyShield saying that infected mail had been sent out in their name. Other folks in the tech forum at MyWay reported similar events involving other reputable senders.

Once again, 'tis best to beware of attachments.
