Just want to let you know that PrevX CSI is classifying XP SysPad v7.9.6 as a baddie (Malware Group: High Risk Worm).

I already reported this about 2 weeks ago by an email to your support staff.

    ---
Also, is there a way or an option to exclude folders from scanning in PrevX CSI?
I would like to exclude the big FD-ISR hidden folders (in "C:\$ISR") because PrevX takes a looong time to finish its scan, so much that I have to let it run on the night only. Those folders contain many system snapshots. Scanning and rescanning them is usually redondant and not usefull because the backup snapshots, or at least some of them, can be static for a more or less time. So, I want is the option to exclude all the subfolders there, or some of the snapshots from the scans.

    To exclude folders...

    Open Prevx UI
    click Settings, then Detection Overrides
    click Add Override
navigate to the folder you wish to exclude
    select that folder
    click on Add Override again

    That should do it.

    Yes. Thanks Page42.
Well, it was probably too obvious for me to find this way by myself!
Bad ruinebabine, go to sleep now.

I wouldn't feel embarrassed. The feature is called Detection Override, which to me denotes overriding a detection. I used to think that was all I could use it for... that a detection had to take place first, then I could override it if I wanted to.

If the feature said something along the lines of, "Exclusions, paths to be excluded from scanning", then it would be clearer, in my opinion. :)

Don't forget to remove your overide once its fixed "in the cloud". They are usually pretty quick. A few days maybe.
