fox.dll not found

I recently installed Acronis home 11 trial version and get a "fox.dll" not found error. What is causing this and how do I remedy this situation. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and this does not seem to help.

 

Using the paid version of True Image 11 Home and doing a Search in Windows XP, SP2, I find that the file fox.dll appears in two locations as follows:
C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome and C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\MediaBuilder. Interesting to note that during the search an error message popped up suggesting that…either the backup is corrupted or it is used by another process…. I’ve never had this response when doing a search for any file. This doesn’t answer your question but it’s the only observation that I have made.

Thanks, I did a search and found my fox.dll file in my temp directory for some reason. I copied it and put it in the 2 folders you mentioned and it's working. I wonder if it will keep working?
