Obviously, MRU-Blaster does not delete all MRU's. We're talking about WinXP(SP1a) here: Check this: HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/ShellNoRoam/MUICache where HKLM (hopefully) apprehends for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ... Nevertheless, nice prg if you don't want endless scripts in your M$/CurVer/Run .. However, would be nice to add a list of files under 'PlugIns', if you have sofware at hand where .mdb's or similar info is saved. Example: The db_list.mdb files of the (Outpost) Firewall, where all your last visited IP's are saved. Becomes more important today, as everyone (hopefully) has an active FW installed - what do you gain if your IE cache is flushed but IP's are still visible in an mdb?? On installation, Usr should have the possibility to decide where to put the executables on startup. The Autostart folder is quite lame if you want silent protection. Maybe the HKLM/Software/M$/CurVer/Run would be a better place for this (in case of protection that shouldn't be seen so obviously) ... YS -> Steeve
Yark! Sorry, I mistyped the thing (it's late here 11pm ...). Grrr... Anyway, the correct loc. is: HKCR/Software/Microsoft/Windows/ShellNoRoam/MUICache where HKCR (hopefully) apprehends for HKEY_CURRENT_USER. YS ->Steeve
