Thanks to AKO's incredible list I stumbled upon EMET. Works nice without any noticeable system impact (it uses OS internals)

I have mittigated Outlook and IE8 (FireFox is also on of the tested applications to work with this granular mittigation), this sort of replaces Trend Micro Browser Guard, since it also hardens against heapspray attacks

    Usage
    - extract Zip file to Program FIles [YOUR DIRECTORY]
    - create a shortcut of EMET_conf
    - copy thi sback into the [YOUR DIRECTORY] map
    - for adding Outlook to the list just change the shortcut to
    "C:\Program FIles\[YOUR DIRECTORY]\EMET_conf.exe" --add outlook.exe
    - run this once with admin rights
    - your done (applies to all users)
