Folder Lock v.6 shutting down Laptop

    Installed Folder Lock v.6 without a problem, when laptop restarts and NOD32 Smart Security v4.0437 begins to initialise then laptop states a critical error and shutdowns.

    My laptop then can only be started in safe mode everytime thereafter.

    Do I need to configure NOD32 Smart Security v4.0437 for the Folder Lock application to work?, turn-off NOD32 prior to installing Folder Lock?, or o_O

    OS: Vista Ultimate

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Cheers !!

    Hello!

    Does anything change if you now goto Safe Mode and uninstall ESS from Start -> (All) Programs -> ESET -> ESET Smart Security -> Uninstall
