Floating point exception linux x86-64 rhes4upd4

    after installed normally truimage on linux rhes4.0 upd4 (kernel 2.6.9-42.ELsmp) the program truimage write this messages:
    Floating point exception
    and the log file (messages)
    kernel: TrueImage[26588] trap divide error rip:885eee1 rsp:f57fe9ec error:0
    The program truimagecmd write the same error.
    The log of installation is correct and the modules are installed on the kernel correct.
    The kernel is on xeon x86-64 on x86-64 installation redhat.
    help me...

    Have you checked that your kernel and architecture is supported.
    Not sure if this makes a difference, but I seem to recall that only 2.4 and 2.6.6 kernels are officially supported.

    yes on the site the release red hat es 4.0 are support and the architecture 86-64 bit..
