For some reason when ever I use IE9 it says Flash isn't installed. I go to the flash page, download it and it STILL says its not installed. How can I fix this?

    Did you enable ActiveX filtering?

Checked and its enabled. I disabled it and I can watch flash now. :) But won't that make it not as safe now? Is there a way I can filter what sites can and can't use that?

When you have it turned on a blue circle with a line through it will appear on websites with flash blocked (in the address bar). Click the circle and click "allow activex" which will allow it for that specific site.
