    Hello I have downloaded the software when i install it how do i do that and where do i post to get the key .Please bare with me i am new here i donot know what to do thanks

    If you are a licensed user you need to follow the instructions in this post

    Then you will get the key you need from Leapfrog. If you aren't a licensed user from when Raxco,Peerless and Bootback were selling FDISR, then you are out of luck. Purchase of FDISR-Rescue, doesn't qualify you.

    Hi guys, I'm using the Horizon Datasys v3.21 build 205. Will this update work for me?

    Also, side issue, just got an email from Horizon offering a $10.35/year annual maintenance and support plan extension. Any comments on that? Did use it once this year.

    Unless Todd comes in here and says otherwise, I don't believe you are eligible for this upgrade. As I understand it this upgrade was strictly for people licensed with builds from the original resellers who no longer carry the products.

    Hi Pete,

    any FD-ISR PRO user (not FD-ISR Rescue) is eligible for this upgrade... as long as he can provide proof of his purchasing.

    ps. I had bought my version from horizon and Todd did gave me an upgrade key.

    Chamlin,

    I don't think that the maintenance plan from Horizon will do you any good. Horizon has stopped selling the pro version. My past experiences with their support group have been very unsatisfactory. If you have a problem, you are much better off here.

    Unfortunately you can't. This version was only an update for license holders of previous versions.

    to day i did what you suggested and sended a empty e-mail to newversion@leapfrogsoftware.com.

    But i have noticed it before in discussions with you : your spam protection is 200 %.
    Nothing but nothing comes through your wall.

    Ahh sorry about that. I do run it pretty high. You can image the *stuff* that one gets. I have temporarly lowered it....give it a try.

    Todd,

    it succeeded now.
    I use always MSTAG.
    It looks that you Spam-defence see it as spam.
    So closing down MSTAG is the solution to my problem.
