    AFTER GETTING A MESSAGE TO "KEEP NEW VALUE" OR KEEP THE OLD VALUE I SELECTED KEEP THE NEW VALUE. AFTER THAT I WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS MY DEFRAGMENTER, DISK CHECKER OR NORTON ANTI VIRUS. CAN IT BE REVERSED? PLEASE HELP. THANKS, LM/LOS ANGELES
