Online armor seems to slow down responsiveness (measured by retrieve time in tinyres meter) on my system with program guard switched on.
    Switching it off resolves it.
    boo

    On to the next firewall...

XP 64bit? sorry, but this is somehow really ridiculous. XP 64bit stopped developement after SP2 (2004!!!) and also last updates are >3 years ago. even 32bit is now really vulnerable by design, now it is the 4 month without any system update and there were fixed some critical flaws in more actual windows.

even when you consider to use OA with its outstanding HIPS it cannot prevent intrusion which is made by design.´- it do not know any about so it cannot fix. and thats the point of it all.

arguments about another browser and other trusted software - dialogs in a many programs are based on html and those uses the system rendering engine known as internet explorer engine which is vulnerable.

    one to mention
if OA slows your system down it is recommend to get some newer hardware and let this one recycled. i gues you talk about some 10 years++ older single core, cant be serious, this is to slow for anything.
