Am use to setting up simple firewall rules to further protect my machine.

Want to follow the setup in Comodo which can be found at:
    http://forums.comodo.com/frequently...g_network_control_rules_properly-t1125.0.html

In short i want to create some rules that are specific to my machine. These are

    1) Block all "ip in" connections
    2) Restrict connections to my ip range
    3) Allow responses to come back to my PC from anywhere (the Web or the LAN) that were requested from my PC.
    4) Allow requests for incoming TCP/UDP communication from specific ports

Are there any simple additional rules i can use to give me that extra piece of mind?
