Within the next week, the update module 1062 will be put on the pre-release servers permanently. Most likely you didn't update within the short period during which the new module was available for download.

 

Do you have any estimate on when it will be on the normal release servers?

 

Hard to say, it depends on the feedback. It may take weeks, however, as updating the firewall module on millions of different systems within a short time might cause more troubles than benefits.

 

15 months and it hasnt worked at all/ just about on either 64 windows pc's of mine. I really can't believe the slow progress from eset. Most competitors have released 2 new builds since eset v4 came out.

Thanks for that reply, I have a other question too, when I changed one PC to the prerelease servers it didn't only update the archive, cleaner and update modules mentioned in the sticky thread but also the self-defense(from 1016 to 1018 ), the anti-stealth(from 1021 to 1022) and the antivirus and antispyware scanner module(from 1292 to 1293.) Do you also have a changelog for those?

Yes, but that is about pre-release antivirus and antispyware module 1288, 1292 is already officialy released and 1293 is on pre-release.
