I am running Firefox 24.0 on a Linux Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS and today I wanted to view the webpage's source code (to troubleshoot a problem) which had been an option from the View pulldown from Firefox's main menu bar for a long time.

However, the option to View Source of a webpage no longer exists.

With what Firefox release was that option removed from Firefox? And, is there a way to get that option back?

It is now under Tools > Web Developer > Page Source. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + U or right click the page and choose View Page Source.
