What do you mean by "inside firefox 20.0.1" do you mean in Firefox's Program Files folder? Inside the profile folder?

I personally cannot find any such files.

I have no such named files on my entire system. Unless they are related to an extension you have that I don't I would be suspicious.

I believe these files are related to Minecraft.

Nirsoft makes many password recovery utilities. If you have not downloaded and used any, I would remove whatever you find on your machine related to this and change all of your passwords.
