I cannot get the fingerprint to work on my Acer machine. Checked Device Manager but driver (EgisTec ES603) is installed and works fine (no exclamation), the drive is up to date. But there is no Biometric in Control Panel. Trying to set up the fingerprint gives error "Processing fingerprint went wrong". Anyone can help? Thanks & regards!
