files within Wscript.exe?

    In windows i have found the following

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\WScript.exe >

    HKCR\jsefile\shell\open\command
    HKCR\vbsfile\shell\open\command
    HKCR\jsefile\shell\open\command
    HKCR\wshfile\shell\open\command
    HKCR\wsffile\shell\open\command

    I known that these are related to the windows script file, but i dont known if all these entries should be there, if they arent how do i delete them or check for malware etc.

    Hello tom772,

    The Registry entries you list are the filetypes that require WScript.exe to run. There is no malware there.

    If you delete those entries, then those filetypes will not be able to run.

    Thanks for info about the other thread i posted!!;) I am really into secuirty and make windows hard and safe, so i do ask alot of the same questions, so thank for all the info i have recieved at wilders
