Files Submitted for analysis

Hi,
i have been using ESET for sometime now. recently some files appeared on our file servers (.exe files) i have submitted to eset through ESET console and also emailed samples with the file zipped and password protected. no reply has come forth from ESET and this has been very disappointing.
i am very sure that this is not the place for this, however, it seems that this is the only place where some attention can be given to these problems.
PS: i have also sent a follow up email but to no avail. and i have also submitted the file to virustotal website and it has been identified by some AV's as threat.
hope ESET can release an update so that this file can be correctly detected.
