Files sent for analysis.....how to know the result

    Kindly see the blue highlighted area in the attachment.

    1) How may I get informed about the files that are sent to Eset for analysis whether they are malicious or not?

    2) What type of these files are?

    3) How they are detected?

    1, you have debug logging enabled. As a result, logs may grow to hundreds of MB or GB quite quickly. Debug logging should only be enabled when troubleshooting an issue with the assistance of Customer care.

    2, if you submitted the file manually and filled in your email address in the contact form, you may receive a response by email.
