files open

    Trueimage for Windows server 8.0 build 768

    Feature: Image as Drive
    Trying to copy some folders back from image to my server I got the message "copy not possible source file may be open"

    Any solution?

    Could you please create screen shots of your actions in "Explore Image" wizard and a screenshot of the error message and send it to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread? Please note that you should have the latest build, please update your program to the 903 build. We will try to investigate the problem and help you with the solution.

    Thank you for your help.
    In the meantime I contacted the german phone support and was told it may be a question of rights management which proofed as true.
