Files on external USB drive not visible

    I made a backup to an external USB hard drive. When I boot to True Image 8
    from a "full" bootable CD the drive listing shows the hard drive with a + sign in front. If I click on that drive the + sign disappears (there are files, but no folders) and no files show (even though the drive has several tib files). Why don't the files show?

    Actually, the listing shows 2 "external drives", but they are not really the USB drive (and nor "real" as near as I know) It doesn't look like the USB drive is
    recogbized at all. PwerQuest Drive Image 7 does recognixe the USB drive, but not the True Images files.
