Files in the mounted drive are corrupted

    Hello

    When I explore the mounted TI images, the files seem to be corrupted. The program files do not work and my Word documents don't open. Now, the images are stored on an external drive, so I hope that is not the problem. I really need my files. Please help!

    You are probably using Build 859 which has this problem.

    Upgrade to the latest build of Ture Image and try again. Let us know the results.

    Thank you for your suggestion. I've upgraded to the latest version and it now works. I was lucky that there was no problem with the image itself.

    Thanks for letting us know that the problem is resolved. The image is fine as you discovered. It was just a bug in that build that prevented Exploring.
