File System does not support required file size on P2V copy

    Hi,

    I am using Backup and Recovery 10 Home. I want to make a virtual copy of my XP machine. I am using the P2V copy wizard. However when I ask it to copy the VM image to my external USB harddrive it comes up with a pop up warning "File System Does Not Support Required File Size" and I can only then cancel the operation. There is plenty of room on the external drive.

    Any ideas what I am doing wrong? I selected VM workstation 5 as the format (as I want to get the VM in VM Server)

    Did you try to save Virtual Disk file to FAT32 partition?
    It has limited file size=4GB. Please try to save virtual disk file to the partition with NTFS file system
