File Server for Linux not updating RA Server Correctly

I'm finally getting my linux file servers locked and loaded with ESET. I got everything configured just great and ran a test scan. It reported the results to the server as expected, except the numbers didn't quite match up. The count in the "scanned" column of the server says 4. Results of the actual scan were as follows:

Infected: files - 0, objects 0
Cleaned: files - 0, objects 0

So I would have expected either 111028 or 111032 to display in the scanned column. Just wanting an explanation. This inconsistency is making me wonder if the other numbers would show correctly were there anything to show.
