File copy DEP problems on vista x64

    I am using Vista x64 with Nod 32 3.0 beta2 .
    When copying executable files from an external drive I the copy sometimes just stops.
    I found out that there is two ways to make this work.
    Turn off DEP (Data Execution protection) or disable NOD32 real time protection for creating files.
    It seems like NOD is making the DEP in vista go crazy.
    I have to make a reset of the computer to stop the file copy.
    This happens if the file copied is a file that will trigger the DEP when executing.
