ESS 4.2.58.3 ......... My Outlook had been acting squirrel-ly so I Unchecked "Integrate with Outlook".

A friend circulated a Snopes Warning about an Email with Infected Attachment (re: a Returned FedEx Pkg) and THEN I got the email. When I Re-Checked Integrate with Outlook, ESS immediately put it in an Infected Files Folder and the Log states "Infected file contained"/ Win32/Oficla.JF trojan.

I PRESUME that had I NOT had ESS catch it via Integrate w/Outlook that an ESS module would have caught it WHEN I tried to Open the attachment. Right?

Right. Although you wouldn't open any unknown attachment anyway ;)
