    Good. While I support reasonable intelligence gathering to protect the nation, as any citizen should, the government should not be able to do whatever they please in the name of national security, without facing the same consequences as any of us would have to face. Due to the nature of the intelligence business, yes, there will sometimes need to be a bending here and there. But, for the most part, if the law is good enough for us, it's good enough for them.

    So how much $ compensation do you think Everybody should now receive for this illegal activity ?

    Good luck with that, Clone. Unless we got that same judge, I doubt we'd get so lucky as to have the Feds stop illegally snooping AND pay a penalty or fine for it. Stranger things have happened but I won't be holding my breath :) What IS good is that there are still a few courts out there that aren't swayed by threats. the prospect of a long, difficult case, or payouts. I salute those very few.
