FdISR and TrueCrypt?

    Just wondering if there are any issues with TrueCrypt and FdISR?
    I want to use TrueCrypt primarily to encrypt backups on external media but I am wondering if FdISR could handle a hidden drive on the os partition?

    Long time ago, I installed TrueCrypt on my system partition [C:] in order to protect my data partition [D:] completely, which is my second HDD.
    I never had any problems with it during the tests, but I never used it in practice, once I understood the meaning of encryption. I had a total different and WRONG idea of encryption.
