You would think the NSA working with the FBI could track these people down easier. Maybe they are spending too much time collecting information on non threatening targets, and have their priorities misplaced. Tor has great uses, but it is a haven for criminal activity. I would say the number of people using Tor for criminal activity far outnumber the number of people using it for activism/humanitarian causes which is really sad
