Faulting app Egui error v4.0.314 Nod32 4.0.314

Hi, not sure what this means, but sometime Nod32 4 gives me this error when XP Pro spk3 starts. And I'm still getting the Eventlog error even after upgrading from 3. I have the 1e78_appcompat.txt file is needed.
