Our company uses the Professional Support Program Remote Anything (slave.exe and Master.exe in the zip file), and we are very sorry to NOD32 detects it as a trojan and removes it from our customers, and our machines. I have written to nod32 firm that is a false positive, and it was removed, but now it detected it again as a virus and not only that, Nod32 is also blocking http://www.twd-industries.com/ It looks like cikane ....
The site is not blocked. The archive in question contains a remote administration program so it's correctly detected by advanced heuristics due to its nature and purpose. ESET's engineers will analyse it and probably reclassify it as a potentially unsafe application which cover such tools.
