False Positive Report

    eEye Software's Iris reports a false positive with the latest NOD32.

    Detection is as follows:

    Time Module Object Name Threat Action User Information
    12/28/2006 19:27:33 PM Kernel file C:\Program Files\eEye Digital Security\Iris\irissvc.exe probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus


    It also bothers me that I've placed this folder on the exceptions list, and the program STILL keeps bugging me about it, popping up intrusion detected every 20mins.
