I've just installed Nero Multimedia Suite 10 on Win7 64-bit PC (from manufacturer's CD ROM).

Soon after NOD32 v.5 quarantined one of its files cliaming that it was "a variant of Win32/InstallCore.AC potentially unwanted application".

Seems pretty unlikely to me. Anyone else got this? This software has been around a while and from a respected publisher.

It is not a threat but a potentially unwanted application which is an optional detection and it's fully up to the user whether they want to detect them or not. It's also possible to exclude a concrete potentially unwanted application from scanning directly from the yellow notification window in advanced options.
